start of the christmas countdown

so today's the first of the december, the first advent chocolate! i was so excited to open the little door on my hello kitty. im such a little kid when it comes to christmas haha.

why does my house not look this nice at christmas? 
ew I don't know why, but everytime i look back at this post the photo ruins it for me. however i can't find a better one. a few years back grazia did this article on designers and their christmas trees, i so wish i could stick a picture from that on! 

i finished school at 12 today, so went back to a friends for a bit then walked on home. i hadnt realised until i got home that id left both of the keys that i carry around with me in another bag, and nobody was in. so i was stood outside for an hour and a half in the freezing cold. not fun.
this is a quick but really rubbishy blog post i know, but i dont think anyone reads it anyway :( i havent had any viewers since i figured out how to make sure that it didnt count my views haha. i should probably make it more interesting and do actual outfit posts, but at the moment its so cold everything is just covered up with the same coat and just a different scarf every day, not very exciting. we've had snow where i live for about a week now, and i think im kind of getting sick of it now :(
my mums been avidly checking the weather report all week for the faint chance of the snow lifting, and it seems that her wish has finally been granted cos as of tomorow the weather man promises no more snow. so this means i dont have to go out in ugly plastic shoes and wear 5 pairs of tights leaving me with fat looking legs. anyway if anyones actually bothered to read this im sorry for being such a bore, i just have nothing interesting to say. besides the fact that ive finally figured out how to use ebay and sold a load of random stuff nothings going on. soon if im wearing something that i like i'll post it
